Remove the frozen paratha from the bag.

Place on griddle or 'tawa' and cook on medium heat for about 2 minutes, moving paratha on griddle with gentle & even pressure.

Flip paratha over and repeat the process until both surfaces become golden brown.

Keep frozen.

Do not refreeze after thawing.
