Cut the package and soak the organic millet vermicelli in water for 1 minute. Steam in the pot until tender and set aside. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the mustard, urad dal, curry leaves, green chilies and chopped onion. Add the steamed vermicelli ragi and salt to the previous mixture. Mix well and serve hot.
